Multi-purpose, underwater droplight developed for general
purpose illumination and nuclear viewing applications.
The Versalight is a unique harsh environment and underwater droplight
featuring high powered illumination in a 1.5 inch diameter streamlined
package, making it an ideal general purpose floodlight for confined
areas.
The Versalight can also be used for high powered TV lighting
when equipped with one of the two optional reflectors. The 3.0
inch diameter axial reflector provides a conical, forward-directed
beam pattern and the 2.0 inch diameter cylindrical reflector provides
a concentrated, side-directed beam.
The stainless steel Versalight incorporates a quartz envelope
surrounding the bulb that is permanently bonded to the base of
the light. A high impact, polycarbonate (Lexan) cover surrounds
the quartz enevelope and provides additional protection against
breakage. All surfaces are smooth for easy decontamination.
